Michael McInnis, B. Sc., P. Eng. Position: Director, President and CEO
Mr. McInnis brings over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration in North America and overseas to the Company. He provides sound management expertise with over 25 years of experience in managing public resource companies and has a demonstrated track record in acquiring and developing high quality mineral projects. He serves on the Boards of several other minerals companies including Canadian Gold Hunter Corp., Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp., Niblack Mining Corp., Canasil Resources Inc. and Riverstone Resources Inc. Mr. McInnis has primary managerial responsibility for the Company's activities.

| |  | James Robertson, B. Sc., P. Eng. Position: Director
Mr. Robertson has been actively involved in mining and mineral exploration and development since 1967. He is President of Midas Management Inc., a private company that provides management, administration and financing services to junior resource companies, two of which graduated to full listings on the London Stock Exchange. He also serves on the Boards of other listed companies including Riverstone Resources Inc, Sennen Resources Ltd. and Primary Metals Inc. before its acquisition by Sojitz Corp. of Japan. Mr. Robertson has primary responsibility for managing the Company's commercial dealings, its strategic planning and corporate development.

| |  | Louis Montpellier, LLB Position: Director
Mr. Montpellier has been engaged in the private practise of law in Vancouver since 1981 and since 1983 has worked exclusively in the mining and mineral exploration sectors. He has served as an outside director with a range of mineral exploration companies and has travelled extensively to assist in the purchase, sale and joint venturing of projects on behalf of those companies. Mr. Montpellier is consistently listed as one of Canada's leading mining lawyers and has a wide range of experience in the mineral exploration and development business. He is a member of the Denver, Colorado based Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

| |  | Alvin Jackson, B. Sc., P. Geo. Position: Director
Mr. Jackson has over 35 years of worldwide experience in mineral exploration and development. During his career he has been directly involved with the exploration drilling and pre-feasibility studies on two major gold deposits and one porphyry copper deposit, all of which subsequently became producers. His experience includes work as an Exploration Manager for Cyprus Minerals Canada Inc. between 1989 - 1992 and from 1999 - 2005 he served as President and COO of EuroZinc Mining Corp and directed that company in its acquisition of the Neves Corvo copper mine in Portugal. Currently, Mr. Jackson serves as Chairman and CEO of Red Dragon Resources and is on the Board of several other mineral companies.

| |  | Roman Friedrich Position: Director
Mr. Friedrich has over 30 years experience in banking, investment banking and resource company development in the area of mergers and acquisitions. He is President of Roman Friedrich & Company, specializing in the provision of financial services to resource companies. During his career, Mr. Friedrich has worked with several financial institutions and venture capital businesses including service as Managing Director of Lancaster Financial Corporation and, more recently, TD Securities. Mr. Friedrich is currently Chairman of the Board of Dreman/Claymore Dividend and Income Fund, a NYSE listed company, and a director of Stratagold Corporation.

| |  | Michael Raftery, C.A Position: CFO and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Raftery is a Chartered Accountant and has served as a director and officer of many publicly listed companies since 1971. He currently serves as President and director of Paloma Ventures Inc. and Fairmile Goldtech Inc. and is President of Hamilton Investments Ltd., a company that specialises in providing accounting, management and compliance services for junior companies. Mr. Raftery's responsibilities include accounting, finance and administration requirements of the Company.

| |  | Don Merrick Position: Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Merrick has over 25 years experience in mineral exploration, most of which was spent in Nevada working with BHP Minerals/Utah International where he was the primary project generator and evaluator for 12 years. Mr. Merrick has been involved with several successful exploration programs. He worked with Santa Fe Pacific on the Twin Creeks gold discovery and was part of the team with J.L. Carroll and Associates on the discovery and delineation of the Black Pine mine and Goldstrike mine. In early 1998, he co-founded Genesis Gold Corp., and despite a weak metals market, generated and placed mineral properties with several companies, including Gold Fields, Placer Dome and Kennecott. For the past five years, Mr. Merrick has managed Gateway's Nevada program on a contract basis, responsible for generating and managing exploration on the Company's enviable land position in the Great Basin.
